What type of mouse recorder would work for computer games?

August 28th, 2010 admin 4 comments

I want to record my mouse clicking and have it go on repeat forever, but all the recorders I have tried using do not work with computer games. They move, but the clicking for whatever reason doesn’t work. If it matters, the game is called Windslayer, and it is something you install (not play on your browser).

The Story of Computer Games 5/5

August 19th, 2010 admin 7 comments

This is a pretty good documentary by the british Discovery Channel about the beginnings of computer games. It covers the early 70s with the rise of Atari right up to the big crash of the videogame market in the 80s. From that point on, it becomes pretty one-sided by only covering Miyamoto (the inventor of Mario and Zelda) and Nintendo. Anyway, it’s still an excellent documentary thanks to its accurate way of dealing with historical facts.

Can you make older computer games work on newer computers?

July 8th, 2010 admin 1 comment

I have these computer games that will only work on “98/ME/2000/XP.” Unfortunately, my computer is a Vista Business or something like that.
Is there a way to make these games compatible with this computer? How?

Why are kids so preoccupied with computer games and texting more than wanting to do their home work?

June 14th, 2010 admin No comments

Why is it most of the time you have to yell at your kid to stop texting or playing these computer games, and if you block certain shows from them on the tv they always why,and tell my friends parents let them play as long as they want and watch what they want. Don’t kids know that you as a parent always do things for their best interest. Tough sometimes being a single mom.
